Exclusions

1) LightRabbit will only pay for return postage if goods are found to be defective. Goods returned as part of our 28 day returns policy remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to our business address either in person or by recorded delivery. LightRabbit cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit and customers are therefore advised to use whatever reasonable means necessary to ensure goods return safely.

2) Strip Lights with adhesive backing - LightRabbit does not warrant or guarantee that the adhesive backing will stick to all surfaces and therefore unable to guarantee the performance. LightRabbit will therefore not accept returns goods that have had the adhesive strip removed.
